I. SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER
Overview
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Officer to strengthen our brand visibility,
drive customer acquisition, and support our expansion within the fast-growing parcel delivery
and logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase parcel delivery clients.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO).
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends.
- Coordinate promotional events, activations, and partnerships.
- Create marketing content (brochures, ads, online posts).
- Monitor brand performance and prepare marketing reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in logistics, courier, or service industry is an added advantage.
- Strong digital marketing and content creation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
- Creative, self-driven, and able to meet targets.
II. ACCOUNTANT (RECEIVABLES)
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to manage billing, payments,
and credit control across our parcel delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate customer invoices for parcel delivery services.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile client accounts, receipts, and statements.
- Maintain accurate records of daily collections and credit limits.
- Prepare monthly AR reports and aging analysis.
- Coordinate with operations to resolve billing disputes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least CPA IV.
- 3–4 years’ experience in accounts receivable; logistics industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or ERPs.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
- Flexible to work extra hours when required.
